1. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are subject to availability confirmation. A reservation is only considered confirmed once payment has been completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge if made up to 14 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made after this period will result in the retention of the deposit paid.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.

4. House Rules

To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you follow these rules:

Minimum Age
The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old and must remain present during the stay. Guests under 18 years old may only stay if accompanied by a responsible adult.

Number of Guests
Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation is allowed to access the accommodation. The host reserves the right to request the immediate departure of guests if the number of people exceeds the stated limit.

Pets
Pets of any kind are not allowed. The presence of animals will result in termination of the stay without refund.

Parties and Smoking
Parties are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Quiet Hours
Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, guests must keep noise to a minimum and respect the neighbors.

Cleaning
The accommodation will be cleaned before your arrival and we will provide towels, bed linen and basic toiletries. We kindly ask guests to keep the apartment tidy and leave it in good condition at the end of the stay.

5. Liability and Damages

The guest responsible for the reservation will be liable for the cost of any damage caused to the property, furniture or equipment during the stay, which does not result from normal and careful use.
